The RESPONSE™ 4.5/5.0 and 5.5/6.0mm Spine Systems are intended for immobilization and stabilization of the posterior, non-cervical spine in skeletally mature patients as an adjunct to fusion for the following indications: degenerative disc disease (defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies), spondylolisthesis, trauma (i.e., fracture or dislocation), spinal stenosis, curvatures (i.e., scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis), tumor, pseudarthrosis, and/or failed previous fusion.
The Locking Cannulated Blade (LCB) plate system offers comprehensive treatment options for pediatric hip deformity, fixed knee flexion deformity, and trauma. The system provides enhanced fixation in bone by using locking screws in the proximal and distal fragments. It also restores the mechanical axis of the lower limb through the use of multiple offsets, giving surgeons the ability to achieve reproducible results with uniquely designed instrumentation.
The PediPlates system, which includes the I-Plate, O-Plate, and Delta Plate, provides a physeal tethering technique that does not disrupt the integrity of the physis, or growth plate. It features simple plate and screw constructs that span the growth center and restrain the physis by inhibiting growth where the plates and screws are applied. The system also features stainless steel plates and screws, which provide excellent strength, resistance to breakage, and ease of removal.
